At the Albanian pavillion Armando Lulaj videotapes a block of ice melting in a gypsy inhabited wasteland. But best of all are the videos by Heldi Pema and Alban Hajdinaj. The first one carries scenes from a city shot from a moving car. They're b&w and not very clear. At times a title, sometimes followed by an arrow appears, in order to 'explain' the sign that has seized to signify anything. In the second video an Albanian scientist explains his theory using a blackboard, while discrediting his own status by putting all this in the scenery of his back yard.
